I-131 Advanced ParoleFilling Out the I-131 Part One is really easy, it's just straight up info - name, address, DOB, A#, etc. In Part Two, Dan checked d, "I am applying fro an Advance Parole to allow me to return to the U.S. after temporary foreign travel. We wrote "N/A" in the top line of the extra name & info section at the bottom of Part Two, as it does not apply in this case. In Part Three, Dan entered a date that was about a week and a half from the day he went to apply for AP for Date of Intended Departure. (We had heard that Chicago requires you to give them a departure date when you apply for AP.) He wrote "multiple trips, various lengths" under 'Expected length of trips." Dan skipped Parts 4, 5, and 6. In Part 7 he checked "More than 1 trip."
Payment We brought with us a money order for $95 made payable to "Immigration & Naturalization Service" (NOT "INS"), as Chicago does not accept personal checks, cash, or credit cards. |
