Return to Full Timeline Notices from the INS First NOA Becky received the first Notice of Action (NOA) on February 5th, 2001. This is 2 weeks after she mailed it to the Nebraska Service Center. This lets us know that they have received our application and added it to the pile to be processed. On this form we also have our registration number, which enables Dan to send off his paperwork (AKA Packet #3) as soon as he receives his Police Certificate.
